Our bank has always been on the forefront of adopting state of the art technology solutions to achieve maximum customer centricity. As a quantum leap forward on the path of greater customer convenience and expediency coupled with risk mitigation and value addition to its existing technology related services, the bank has decided to launch technology- enabled "SMS Alert Services". The said service, while aptly complementing today's busy life style, shall offer a new dimension to the customers of the Bank by regularly updating them about their account activities. This SMS Alert service, as a value addition, shall deliver regular updates about account details, directly to customer mobile phone, with important information like

Account Debit transactions                            Default, for all transactions                           

Account Credit transactions                           Default, for all transactions

Account Balance                                             On request, sending SMS (BLspace last four digits of account number i.e BL 1234) from the registered mobile number to the Bank’s assigned particular mobile number (9278278278). Customer will get return sms giving details.                         

List of last four transactions                           on request, sending SMS (STspace last four digits of account number i.e ST 1234) from the registered mobile number to the Bank’s assigned particular mobile number (9278278278). Customer will get return sms giving details.
